AMA Apprenticeship and Traineeship Services are working with The Raw Kitchen in Fremantle. The Raw Kitchen has been operating from its current location for the last 5 years and offers a plant-based menu to clients with a range of exceptional vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals.

If you have an interest in sustainability, minimizing waste and are keen to learn how to create and develop a progressive plant-based menu utilising farm-to-table principles, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The venue is open 7 days per week from 11.30am. Lunch service until 3.00pm is available Monday and Tuesday. Lunch and Dinner service until 9pm is available Wednesday to Sunday. You would be required to work full time hours over various shifts during opening hours as well as during daily preparation.

Applicants will need to be self-driven and committed with the ability to give 110% every day. Some prior kitchen experience would be highly regarded, however, if you have the right attitude and are prepared to learn the kitchen team will teach you how to become a chef and reach your goals.

Apprentices are hands on from day one. You will learn Chef skills through formal training and one-on-one coaching from the head chef and close knit kitchen team.
