Phoenix Petroleum was established in 2009 to distribute fuels and lubricants to a wide range of customer’s through-out the South West of WA. They are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE AND ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE to be based in Bunbury and reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role will be responsible for:
• The management of fuel and lubricants stocks for the facility;
• Providing advice to customers on Company products and assisting customers with fuel and related lubricant product needs;
• Providing support in the scheduling of fuel products for delivery to customers;
• Providing administrative support for the business where required and;
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with all Phoenix Petroleum workplace OHS&E requirements.

What they are seeking?
• A person with strong customer focus. Ideally you would have held a similar role, responsible for dealing with customers face-to-face or following up enquiries in a timely manner.
• A team player. This is a small depot / office environment. You need to be flexible and willing to undertake administration tasks or schedule fuel deliveries to then manage lubricant stocks.
• Local knowledge of the South West geography and market opportunities for Phoenix Petroleum would be advantageous.
• A person with mechanical knowledge and basic understanding of fuel and lubricants use, handling and storage.
• Someone who can obtain a forklift ticket and who can handle a physically demanding role. Depot facility management including lubricant storage and delivery will be in your scope of work.
