Hospitality Group Training have a number of exciting opportunities in WA including an opportunity for a school based Apprentice Chef based in Mandurah.

This large, newly opened pub/restaurant is looking to give a budding young chef a chance to commence their apprenticeship while still at school and give them a head start in their career. Working alongside a strong team of chefs you will be trained and mentored, and gain a fantastic insight into the cooking industry. This position will ensure you are prepared for a full-time chef apprenticeship once you graduate.

Applicants must be hardworking and able to use their initiative. Must be able to take on board instructions and be able to work under pressure in this busy environment.

To qualify for this position, you must be a full-time student enrolled in secondary education in Western Australia. This is a part-time position working a minimum of 8 hours per week (for which you are paid) whilst attending school 3 days per week and training college 1 day per week (apprenticeship).
