AMA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Services are working with Topolinis Caffe in the Warwick entertainment centre

Topolinis Caffe is a fully licenced Italian restaurant that’s open 7 days a week. You will be required to work a 38 hour week with shifts from 3pm – 10pm. It has been serving up a slice of Italy in Perth’s northern suburbs since 1998.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st year apprentice chef to join this outstanding team. Knowledge of basic food safety standards and a passion to continue learning your craft in this busy kitchen is essential.

Apprentices are hands on from day one. You will continue to learn Chef skills through formal training and one-on-one coaching from the head chef.
