AMA Apprenticeship and Traineeship Services is an Apprenticeship Network Provider in WA.

Based from their Cockburn Central Head Office, Tree and Garden Care Perth are looking for an Apprentice who wants to become a qualified Landscape Gardener.

Over the last 10 years the business has grown to provide a wide range of services to their established client base including garden maintenance and general gardening duties. They offer all aspects of landscaping along with weeding, tidying, application of fertilisers to manage pests and diseases and establishment of new plants.

Other services include mowing lawns and turf maintenance. Landscaping and some garden design including provision of reticulation systems. The business also offers a specialist arboriculture service pruning all sizes of trees and plants. Repairs and construction of brick paving along with installation and building of raised garden beds.

No previous experience is required however to be considered you must demonstrate a strong interest in gardening / horticulture and trees. The position is challenging but also varied, therefore applicants will need to be adaptable, fit and active with a head for heights.

A driver’s licence would be preferred but if you are currently working towards obtaining your licence and live in the local Cockburn area you will also be considered.

Due to the nature of the work applicants must have the ability to work in all weather conditions and be keen to learn all aspects of this specialist industry.
