Hospitality Group Training have a number of exciting opportunities available in WA including a requirement for a hardworking and passionate 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef based North of Margaret River.

Joining this newly established restaurant, part of an award winning group located just North of Margaret River. You will have the opportunity to work within one of WA’s finest wineries specialising in Mediterranean style tapas and degustation.

This is a popular spot for local diners, those travelling around the area and a popular wedding location. You will be involved in the restaurant and functions side of the business gaining a wealth of experience under the guidance of the Head Chef. You will be given a 5 day roster of straight shifts including one day attending TAFE. It is essential that you have a passion for creating good quality food and maintaining high standards at all times.

A driver’s licence or your own means to travel to the venue each day is essential as you may not be able to rely on public transport in this area.

To qualify for this position applicants must be Australian Citizens, hold Permanent Residency, or be a New Zealand passport holder who has been resident in Australia for at least 6 months.
